We offer free UK shipping on all orders, with tracking provided once your order leaves us. All deliveries require a signature on arrival.
Larger items delivered by pallet may take up to 7 working days, and some products may arrive separately if shipped from different locations.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide, with shipping costs, delivery times, and any applicable taxes or duties calculated at checkout once you enter your address.
For most destinations, all taxes and duties are paid upfront, so there are no additional charges on delivery.
Delivery typically takes 2–11 business days, with tracking included and a signature required on arrival. Please note that remote regions may experience slightly longer delivery times or additional charges.

Warranty & Returns
All DubPod tents and awnings come with a 12-month guarantee covering manufacturing defects such as stitching, waterproofing, and missing parts.
This warranty is designed for leisure camping use and doesn’t cover wear and tear, weather-related damage, or misuse (including poles and zips). Replacement parts are available if needed.

Vehicle Compatibility
Designed with campervans in mind, DubPod awnings are a great fit for most campervans old and new.
They can be used with most campervans and similar vehicles, attaching easily to create a flexible drive-away setup. Whether you’re running a VW, Ford, or something a little different, you’ll still get the same practical, spacious setup.
