Our Guarantee

All DubPod drive away awnings come with a 12 month guarantee against manufacturing defects. This guarantee covers manufacturing issues such as stitching, missing parts and water proofing.

This warranty does not extend to the poles or zippers as these can often be misused.

Our warranty does not apply to damage that is not from a manufacturing defect,

It does not cover for damage caused by wear and tear or adverse weather conditions. In these circumstances replacement parts are available in our shop.

The Dubpod warranty is not transferable.

The warranty does not cover professional and long term use, it is intended to cover leisure camping.

For tents that are erected semi-permanently we will cover manufacturing defects for the length of the warranty but this does not cover mould or mildew as we have no control over the conditions the tent is left up in.

If your tent has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during shipment, please take pictures of the packaging and the damage and contact us so we can confirm and resolve the issue immediately.
